Refund policy

At DropnBuy your satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains our return, refund and cancellation terms in plain English, in line with applicable consumer law.

Returns — the basics

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items should be unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

How to return an item (step by step)

• 1. Email us at support@dropnbuy.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
• 2. We reply with simple return instructions and the return address.
• 3. Post it back to us — ideally with tracking, so it can't get lost on the way.
• 4. We refund you once we've received and checked the item (see below).

Who pays for return shipping?

For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, we cover the return shipping cost.

Refunds — how and when

Once your return has been received and inspected, we process your refund within 14 days. Refunds go back to the original payment method used at checkout, and you'll receive an email confirmation once it's done. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to show the money in your account.

Exchanges

We're happy to arrange exchanges. Just email support@dropnbuy.com and we'll help you swap your item for the right one.

Faulty or damaged items

You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or not of satisfactory quality. Please contact us (with a photo if possible) and we'll put it right.

Restocking fees

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Items we can’t accept

We can’t accept returns of personalized or made-to-order items unless they are faulty. Gift cards are non-returnable.
